Booking & Payment

A booking is only confirmed once a deposit of 10% or full payment has been received. We accept cash, check, Zelle, and card payments. Full payment is due upon completion of service.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a loss of deposit.

Pricing

All prices listed are starting prices. Final pricing is determined upon inspection of the vehicle and may vary based on the size, condition, and severity of the job. You will be informed of any price changes before work begins.

Pre-Existing Damage

Padilla Auto Detailing is not responsible for any pre-existing damage, scratches, swirl marks, stains, or defects found on the vehicle prior to service. We will do our best to document any pre-existing damage before beginning work.

Stain & Odor Removal

We cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains or odors. Some stains and odors may be permanent depending on their severity, age, and type. Results may vary.

Vehicle Access

The customer is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is accessible and ready at the scheduled appointment time. This includes removing personal belongings from the vehicle before service. Areas containing personal belongings at the time of service may not be cleaned (for example, the center console).

Liability

Padilla Auto Detailing takes every precaution to protect your vehicle. However, we are not liable for any damage caused by pre-existing conditions, faulty paint, or issues that were not visible or known prior to service.

Photo & Video Rights

By scheduling services with Padilla Auto Detailing, you grant us permission to take and use photos and videos of your vehicle before, during, and after service for marketing and promotional purposes.

Our company maintains an online and social media presence, so your vehicle may appear in content we publish. We will not identify clients by name, include license plates, or share home addresses without prior permission.

If you have concerns regarding the use of photos or videos of your vehicle, please notify us before your appointment and we will gladly accommodate your request.

Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment and we will do our best to make it right.

Right to Refuse Service

Padilla Auto Detailing reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if the condition of the vehicle poses a health or safety risk to our team.

Agreement

By booking or receiving services from Padilla Auto Detailing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
